Туркестан: 4,5 тыс. га земли в Казыгурте вернут жителям

В Казыгуртском районе разрешен земельный спор. 22 сентября в населенных пунктах Жумыс, Карабау и Сынтас Карабауского сельского округа был рассмотрен вопрос о выделении в паевые доли земельных участков, находящихся на балансе ТОО «Карабау ТӨШ». На собрании жители села потребовали вернуть пашню с баланса этой компании в районный фонд и выделить сельчанам паевые доли.

Руководители управлений НАО «Национальный центр аграрного образования» Министерства сельского хозяйства РК выслушали требования жителей села и согласовали конкретные решения. В связи с этим 27 сентября в Казыгуртский район специально прибыли вице-министр сельского хозяйства РК Б. Бекбауов, председатель правления АО «Национальный центр аграрного образования» Д. Балпанов и встретились с жителями трех сел.

По итогам встречи было решено, что 4468,5 га из 4959,5 га земель, принадлежащих ТОО «Карабау ТӨШ», будут возвращены в специальный земельный фонд района. Эту землю распределят поровну для жителей трех сел.

TURKESTAN: 4.5 THOUSAND HECTARES OF LAND IN KAZYGURT WILL BE RETURNED TO RESIDENTS

A land dispute has been resolved in the Kazygurt district. On September 22, in the settlements of Zhumys, Karabau and Syntas of the Karabau rural district, the issue of allocating land plots on the balance sheet of «Karabau TOSH» LLP was considered. At the meeting, the villagers demanded to return the arable land from the balance of this company to the district fund and allocate shares to the villagers.

The heads of the departments of the NAO «National Center for Agrarian Education» of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan listened to the demands of the villagers and agreed on specific solutions. In this regard, on September 27, Vice-Minister of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan B. Bekbauov, Chairman of the Board of JSC «National Center for Agrarian Education» D. Balpanov specially arrived in Kazygurt district and met with residents of three villages.

Following the meeting, it was decided that 4468.5 hectares of 4959.5 hectares of land owned by Karabau TOSH LLP will be returned to the special land fund of the district. This land will be distributed equally for the residents of three villages.
