ТУРКЕСТАН: НЕИСПОЛЬЗУЕМЫЕ ПО НАЗНАЧЕНИЮ ЗЕМЛИ ВОЗВРАЩАЮТСЯ ГОСУДАРСТВУ

В Туркестанской области поставлена задача вернуть государству 1 млн га пастбищных угодий. С начала года площадь общих пастбищ пополнилась 639,6 тыс. га. По поручению Главы государства Касым-Жомарта Токаева проводится работа по возврату в собственность государства неиспользуемых и переданных без срока аренды в частную собственность сельскохозяйственных земель. Главная цель — обеспечение равного доступа к пастбищам для сельских жителей.

О ходе проводимых в этом плане работ доложили на аппаратном совещании под председательством акима Туркестанской области Дархана Сатыбалды. Работа по возврату земельных участков организована на высоком уровне в городе Арыси, Отырарском, Сауранском районах. Необходимо усилить работу в Байдибекском, Казыгуртском, Шардаринском районах.

По словам руководителя областного управления земельных отношений Ергали Тлегена, рабочей группой проведена работа по обследованию, и установлено, что в регионе не использовано по назначению 476,2 тыс. га пастбищ. Землепользователям выданы уведомления. Неиспользованные по назначению земли будут возвращены государству.

На аппаратном совещании были обсуждены состояние автодорог. В Туркестанской области протяженность автомобильных дорог и улиц населенных пунктов составляет 17 509,5 км. В текущем году строительно-ремонтными работами планируется охватить 2000 км дорог и улиц, или 779 объектов. В результате проделанной работы по итогам года планируется увеличить долю автодорог местного значения в хорошем и удовлетворительном состоянии с 87% до 92%.

Дефицит битума и резкое подорожание стройматериалов на рынке могут привести к проблемам во время дорожно-ремонтных работ. Как сообщил руководитель областного управления пассажирского транспорта и автомобильных дорог Ролан Ибрагимов, с территорий, занятых месторождениями, карьерами, будет курсировать большегрузный транспорт (около 1000 км автомобильных дорог областного значения), поэтому возрастет риск преждевременного износа этих дорог. Поэтому на альтернативных путях предлагается установить автоматизированный измерительный станции. Также важно обязать устанавливать весы у каменоломен.

Аким области отметил, что вопросы ремонта дорог имеют стратегическое значение, и поручил усилить работу в этой сфере.

TURKESTAN: LANDS UNUSED FOR THEIR INTENDED PURPOSE ARE RETURNED TO THE STATE

The progress of the work carried out in this plan was reported at a staff meeting chaired by akim of Turkestan region Darkhan Satybaldy. The work on the return of land plots is organized at a high level in the city of Arys, Otyrar, Sauran districts. It is necessary to strengthen the work in the Baydibek, Kazygurt, Shardara districts.

According to the head of the regional department of land Relations Yergali Tlegen, the working group carried out work on the survey, and it was found that 476.2 thousand hectares of pastures were not used for their intended purpose in the region. Notifications have been issued to land users. Unused lands for their intended purpose will be returned to the state.

According to the head of the regional department of passenger transport and highways, Roland Ibragimov, heavy-duty transport (about 1000 km of highways of regional significance) will run from the territories occupied by deposits, quarries, therefore the risk of premature wear of these roads will increase. Therefore, it is proposed to install an automated measuring station on alternative routes. It is also important to oblige to install scales at quarries.

The governor of the region noted that the issues of road repair are of strategic importance, and instructed to strengthen work in this area.
